The Office of Multicultural Programs and Services co-sponsors numerous events with various campus organizations throughout the year. If your organization is planning an event, please dowload the Grant Request Form below or contact the office at 404/727-6754.

 

Tips On Co-sponsoring with OMPS

• Ensure that you carefully and fully review the Request form. There have been significant changes to the criteria and requirements and your organization should review these guidelines prior to making the request.

 

• It is STRONGLY recommended to submit a request at least one month (4 weeks) in advanced of the scheduled event date.

 

• Submit an itemized budget.

 

• Make sure your organization participates in the mandatory Student Organization Training offered by the Office of Student Leadership and Service. Please click the link for additional information- http://www.osls.emory.edu/studentorganizationregistration.php

 

• Have multiple co-sponsors for your event, not just the OMPS.

 

• After your event, turn in your Programming Evaluation Form (see form below)
