Student Leaders

Crossroads was born from the ideas and dreams of students. In that same spirit, Student Leaders are still an integral part of Crossroads. There are two Student Leader positions as part of Crossroads.

Crossroads Facilitators (second-year students) are responsible for leading a majority of the activities during the Crossroads Retreats. They are selected in the Fall semester of their first year at Emory. These students must have previously attended a Crossroads Retreat and demonstrate the ability to serve as a leader and grow while maintaining solid academic performance. Facilitators are receive training during the spring semester from the OMPS Staff and Crossroads Coordinators. Facilitators also assist with the planning and implementation of Crossroads Connect events in the fall.
