OUR STUDENTS

The Emory Neuroscience program attracts talented, enthusiastic students from all over the United States and from a variety of backgrounds such as biology, physics, software engineering, and psychology. Our students come from Ivy League schools such as Yale and Harvard, engineering schools such as Georgia Tech, liberal-arts colleges such as Smith and Oberlin, and state universities such as Michigan State and UGA.

Whatever their backgrounds, our students are able to excel in science : Emory is currently tied with John’s Hopkin’s University in fourth place nationwide for funding of NRSA’s. We are preceeded only by Stanford, Harvard and UCSF.

Use the links on the left to find out more about our students, their research, awards, and activities.
