ORGANIZTIONAL STRUCTURE

Vertical Structure Integration

Oncology Cytogenetics Laboratory is positioned within the hospital's organizational structure as shown on the administrative flow chart. The laboratory reports to the Medical Director of Oncology Cytogenetics Laboratory. Administrative support is through Irene Taylor, Director of Laboratories, Emory Hospital.

Internal Structure
The Laboratory Director and Medical Director assume twenty-four hour accountability for the quality and appropriateness of services. Within the laboratory, the structure consists of a single section including the following roles:
