Meal Membership Swipes and Dooley
Dollars are stored on your EmoryCard so there
isn’t a need to carry cash. Remember-unused
Meal Swipes from your Meal Membership do not carry
over from week to week, so be sure to eat most
of your meals before the week ends.
If you run out of Meal Swipes and
Dooley Dollars, you can also use your Eagle Account
to make food purchases anywhere on campus. The
Eagle Account is stored on your EmoryCard and
is a supplement to Dooley Dollars. You save 5%
on all Emory Dining purchases.
Dooley Dollars
Dooley Dollars are an enhancement to
your Meal Membership and gives you the flexibility
of eating meals outside of the Oxford Dining Hall.
Dooley Dollars work like a debit account on your
EmoryCard with purchases automatically deducted
from the balance in the account. Dooley Dollars
can be used to make purchases for late-night snacks
at Grill 155 and early morning snacks at the Student
Center Coffee Bar. Your Dooley Dollars roll over
from the fall to spring semester, but they do
not roll over to the next academic year.
Eagle Account
Eagle Account funds are just like cash - dollar
for dollar. This is money you add to your card
for additional campus spending. Your Eagle Account
funds are accepted anywhere on campus that accepts
the EmoryCard- all on-campus dining restaurants,
bookstores, vending and laundry machines, health
and parking services, and for delivery from off-campus
restaurants. You can add money to your Eagle Account
at any time for any amount at the EmoryCard office.
You may set up an Eagle Account without purchasing
a meal plan. Also, you receive a 5% discount when
you use your Eagle Account at any Emory Dining
location. Eagle Account funds roll over from the
fall to spring semester and to each academic year.
The EMORYCARD
Your EmoryCard will be used each time
you enter the Oxford Dining Hall for meals. Your
EmoryCard stores your Meal Membership, Dooley
Dollars and Eagle Dollars and can also be used
instead of cash purchases at Grill 155 and the
Student Center Coffee Bar. You may add more money
to your card on your Eagle Account for additional
campus purchases.
For additional information check
with the Oxford
College Office of Admission.
Notes
Meal plans do not cover meals during times when
residence halls are closed. The last meal served
before a long weekend is lunch on Friday, or any
other day proceeding the break. The first meal
served is breakfast on the day classes
We are happy to prepare a take out
meal when a class, lab or some other college related
event prevents you from being able to dine during
regular meal hours at the Oxford Dining Hall.
How do I do it?
