Center for Lifelong Learning

Center for Lifelong Learning, Emory University's department of non-credit adult education, extends Emory's ideal of the learning community beyond the core partnership of faculty and degree-seeking students by furthering the general education of the University's neighbors. As guests on the campus, our students gain an invaluable personal experience of Emory University.

Our premise is that the love of learning should be a lifelong passion. Center for Lifelong Learning serves self-motivated students; offering them the opportunity to learn for the value of that learning; to empower, ennoble, and enrich their lives. Our instructors are experts in their fields who enjoy teaching as an interactive, cooperative, enjoyable process, engaging students with a wide variety of learning styles.

The subjects offered through the Center for Lifelong Learning are diverse, calling upon all the human abilities and intelligences - musical, visual, kinesthetic, verbal, interpersonal, and analytic. The breadth of our offerings reflects the wide-ranging nature of Emory University's academic life.

We are learner-focused in everything we do. We strive to exceed our students' expectations by presenting innovative and outstanding programs and by providing excellent customer service, comfort and convenience.
