Students in the Marketing Management MBA class at Goizueta Business School work with multimedia cases delivered via CD-ROM. Assistant Professor of Marketing Sundar Bharadwaj uses a program called "Managing Customers for Profit" that requires students to put together all that they have learned in a multimedia simulation. The students run an organization and are evaluated on the basis of market share and profits. Best of all, the multimedia simulation provides video clips of market research indicating customer perceptions of their performance. |
