Literature Search
A Literature Search is a
fee for service provided by the Emory HSCL Reference Department. It is used for
verifying an extensive bibliography or doing computer searches on primarily
biomedical topics. An individual requesting a literature search will receive
either a bibliography or bibliography with abstracts and even full text when
possible. The price schedule (which is scheduled to change at any time) is as
follows:

Additional Databases
Recovery of all actual charges for the search will be made: online time,
telecommunications, printing and any other charges assessed by the database
vendor. In addition, a processing fee of $5.00 for Emory patrons and $10.00 for
others will be assessed. Most databases cost about $1.00 per minute of line
time.
*Emory University faculty, staff, residents, fellows, and students. Registered
alumni of the Emory Health Sciences Center. Guests who have paid membership fees
making them eligible for the Emory rate.
