Section A: Multiple-Choice Questions

This section contains multiple-choice questions in which there can be from zero to four correct answers for each question.

The objective is to select from the four statements all that make a true statement.   This is actually a multiple, true/false type question.   Each question of this type can test four different knowledge items.

In the RadReview exam mark each statement with a yes if it makes a true statement and no if it is a false statement.   For example:

A1. Sports for which medals will be awarded in the Summer Olympics include:

      a.  Yes     Swimming

      b.  Yes     Tennis

      c.  No     Bowling

      d.  Yes     Diving

The strategy for this type of question is to consider each of the four statements independently of the other three.   The correctness of one as a true statement is not affected by the other statements.   In the example, the fact that swimming is an Olympic sport is not affected by the fact that bowling is not.

In examinations prepared by professional organizations an effort is made to have an equal number of 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4 correct statements and to have them arranged in a random order.   Therefore, there is no predictable pattern, such as:  "C is the most frequent correct answer."

Scoring:    A percent score is obtained by dividing your total number of correct answers by 4 times the number of questions and multiplying the results by 100.
