IV.A.55.     Relatively long exposure times are used in some radiographic procedures (such as mammography).     This is necessary in order to use:

    a.     Smaller focal spots.

    b.     More compression.

    c.     Reduced MA and KV values.

    d.     More sensitive (faster) receptors.
