“There have been so many times that professors have made themselves available to help. Not only are my professors open to meeting outside of class to discuss material, they are eager to be involved in student life and activities.
“During a class project, my team and I were stuck. In the middle of our frustration, our professor walked by. It was lunchtime, so he offered to go to lunch with us to work out the kinks in the project. Well, an hour and a half later my team solved our problem with the help of our professor. I also gained a close friendship with my professor. It was an unforgettable and defining moment in my time at Emory.
