Learning Experiences
An exceptional liberal arts education thrives on lively professor-student interaction and opportunities for learning outside the classroom. Emory College students are able to take advantage of more than 70 majors, 60 minors and combined bachelor's/master's degrees. Some 48 percent of Emory students double major or earn a major and a minor. Programs such as theory-practice learning take academic theory into the real world, where students can see firsthand how theory translates into practice.
What's more, there are the myriad internships, research opportunities and on-campus programs that allow students to leverage their classroom knowledge to gain additional work or volunteer experience. At Emory, academic exploration is a given—it's your choice as to the path you take.
