Life as a student at Emory University is as you can imagine quite busy. Our students engage in a fulfilling and rewarding college experience that balances class work, extracurricular involvement, a commitment to leadership and service, and time with friends. Emory students take their academic pursuits seriously but also find numerous outlets to have fun and remain socially involved.
Aneyn is a current Emory sophomore from New York who embodies the spirit of the fully engaged student. We invite you to shadow a day in the life of Aneyn as she attends classes related to her Linguistics and Psychology joint major, participates in her extracurricular passion of dance, and spends time with friends during a visit to the weekly farmer’s market and some quiet downtime on the quad.
Aneyn summarizes the typical day for an Emory student when she states, "Even though my days here at Emory tend to busy and packed with classes and extracurricular, at the end of them I am still happy."
To see if Emory is a place where you would fit in, we recommend planning a visit to campus. As well, visit the Emory Admission Fellows blog to experience more of Emory through the eyes of current students. And for more videos, stop by the Emory University YouTube page.
