Focus/responsibilities at the Center

My scientific role in the Medicinal Chemistry core is to provide guidance on synthesis design to fellow chemists. I also coordinate Medicinal Chemistry workflow with HTS and Informatics, helping to evaluate both virtual and HTS screening hits. My administrative responsibilities include scheduling regular brainstorming sessions among our team members and managing day to day operations of the lab.

Educational/professional background

I have more than six years of medicinal chemistry experience in academic institutions and in the pharmaceutical industry. I have worked on several anti-cancer and anti-virus related projects.
