On May 12, we will celebrate the 169th commencement exercises of Emory University. For the Class of 2014, Commencement marks the culmination of years of study and preparation that have gone into their degrees. The presence of family and friends among the 15,000 assembling on the Quadrangle signifies the support, love, and belief in these students that helped to make their graduation possible.
I encourage you to explore this website and discover the many events (the 2014 schedule is currently being updated) as well as important student instructions and guest information to help you prepare for Commencement.
So to all, I welcome you to this time-honored and festive occasion, and congratulations to the Class of 2014!
