The EmoryCard Office is currently located in the B. Jones Center, 1st Floor and can be reached by phone at 404-727-6095.

The office is open Monday thru Friday from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm.

The EmoryCard is a debit and access identification card.

For Students the EmoryCard holds your meal plan and grants you access into Dining at Dobbs as well as retail purchases around campus using Dooley Dollars.  Certain residence halls require your EmoryCard to enter the facility.

Everyone with an EmoryCard, when using Eagle Dollars, can make purchases of products and services both on and off campus.

Everyone is granted access to various facilities and rooms on campus using your EmoryCard.  This access is based on the approval given to you by that facility.  Common university area access, such as the Woodruff Library, is automatically granted to all.  Areas such as the Woodruff PE Center are automatically granted to All Students, but Faculty/Staff must purchase a membership.  Some facility access is through the use of a special EmoryCard called a Prox Card.

Student ID Cards

First Year undergraduate students will be issued your EmoryCard when checking in to your Resident Housing.  This is provided you send your picture in ahead of time to Your First Photo.  If you don't send in your picture ahead of time, your ID will not be waiting for you and you will have to come to the EmoryCard Office to have one made.

Graduate Students will be issued their EmoryCard during orientation or through their school. It is recommended that you also send in your picture ahead of time

to Your First Photo.

Transferring students can come by the EmoryCard office to have a card made or send in your picture ahead of time to Your First Photo. Then just come by the EmoryCard office to pick up your card.

Returning students can still use their EmoryCard without having to update it.
