If you lose your card, immediately go to the

Web Center and select

"DEACTIVATE CARD."

Replacement card fee is $25.00.

You can Express Order a replacement card if you have the necesary funds available in your Eagle Dollars Account.  Use the online Express Card Replacement Order form. Once the form is submitted, you will be charged $25.00 (from your Eagle Account).

If you do not have the necessary funds in your Eagle Dollars Account you will have to go in person to the EmoryCard office, request a replacement card and pay in advance.
