Check Your Balances
It is highly recommended that you check your financial activity periodically to insure you know your current balances and to check for accuracy of transactions. You can view Dooley and Eagle Dollars as well as copy and print balances all in one location.
Check your activity at the Web Center by first selecting Create Pin Code for First Time User on the far right under "Other". Once your Pin Code is set you can then navigate your way to all the information needed.
Eagle Dollars Account
Eagle Dollar funds are just like cash - dollar for dollar. This is money you add to your EmoryCard for additional campus spending. Eagle Dollars can be used by Faculty, Staff and Students. Your Eagle Dollar funds are accepted anywhere on campus that accepts the EmoryCard. A full list is provided under LOCATIONS within the EmoryCard website. When used at on-campus Emory Dining locations you will receive a 5% discount. Through the Eagle Merchants program, you can use your Eagle Dollars at participating off-campus merchants. Eagle Dollars WILL roll over from semester to semester until you discontinue at Emory University.
You may not transfer deposited funds between the Eagle Dollar Account and Dooley Dollars. Once funds have been deposited into your account, they may only be withdrawn by way of purchases. You may not withdraw cash prior to your graduation or withdrawal from the University.
Once you discontinue your involvement at Emory University, either through graduation or the termination of your status as a Faculty, Staff or Student, you will be eligible for a refund. For Students, any unused Eagle Dollar funds of $25.00 or more will automatically be credited to your student account. For Faculty and Staff, any unused Eagle Dollar funds of $25.00 or more will automatically be reimbursed by check through the university Accounts Payable department. Eagle Dollar funds balance of $24.99 or less will only be refunded upon written request to the EmoryCard office.
Refund request from graduating seniors must be submitted by May 31st in the year in which they are graduating. Refund request from Faculty, Staff and non graduating students must be submitted within 30 days of leaving the university.
How to ADD Money to Your Eagle Dollars
Recommended Option for Students ONLY

Login to your OPUS account, select FINANCES and then select MAKE EMORYCARD DEPOSIT for a electronic bank transfer or ACH payment to your Eagle Account. An ACH payment is a trasfer from a checking account to your Eagle Account. It requires a routing number and an account number listed on the bottom of a check from a checking account. You cannont use a debit card or credit card to add to Eagle Dollars. Your deposit will post to your EmoryCard normally within one hour.
Recommended Option for Faculty/Staff ONLY
Deposit money to your Eagle Account using a Credit Card at the Web Center .
Payroll Deduction is now available through the Finance Office for monthly and bi-weekly staff for deposits into the Eagle Dollar Account.
Emory Card Office
Deposits of $25 or more can also be made in the EmoryCard Office. We accept Cash, Check or Eagle Dollars. Credit Cards are not accepted. You can also pay by by mail using the Eagle Account form.
Automatic Deposit Machines
Utilize one of the Automatic Deposit Machines which accepts cash only to place money on your EmoryCard. They are located in Cox Hall Food Court, Woodruff Library Levels 1 & 3, DUC Commons, Health Sciences Library, School of Public Health, Law Library Levels 2 & 3, Business School, White Hall and the 1599 Building.
