Welcome to Emory’s Learning Management System, also known as ELMS, a centralized system designed to improve consistency and delivery of training, improve tracking systems and provide the ability to deliver more robust e-learning.
Employee:
- Search/browse catalog offerings
- Enroll for courses on one system
- Drop learning prior to start date
- Have one transcript
- Notifications of when a certification is expiring
Managers:
- View employees training (look at entire team)
- Enroll employees (one or multiple)
- Approve courses (if required –based on the course; currently it is all or none in the PS HR Training module)
- Create Learning Plans for employees
Departments:
- Major reduction in manual data entry
- More efficient reporting and access to records for compliance
- More flexibility in delivery methods (more robust on-line)
- Can track training for external learners (students, volunteers, Grady, CHOA, VA, etc.)

Obtain a logon ID and password from your Access Coordinator.
We recommend that you use the Password Reset Tool to change your password to prevent unauthorized access of your account!
Forgot your logon ID and password?
Ask your Access Coordinator for your logon ID and you can then use the Password Reset Tool to change your password.
