Emory's newly released 2011 Annual Report, "The Educational Enterprise," highlights institutional progress and priorities in its 175th year within themes including the liberal arts, the academic community, scholarship and research, and health care. The report's presentation on the president's website features videos selected to emphasize major themes.

"This report shows why we at Emory can be enthusiastic and hopeful about our future," President James W. Wagner writes in the introduction.

Annual financial statements, along with a financial letter that summarizes the past fiscal year, are also available online.

Former U.S. Poet Laureate and frequent NPR guest Billy Collins delighted Emory audiences in late January as part of the 12th Night Revel, an annual fund-raiser for Emory's Manuscript, Archives, and Rare Book Library (MARBL).

Since the first 12th Night Revel was held 12 years ago, this signature event of has become an unforgettable way to celebrate the spirit of poetry.

This year's event generated support for MARBL's priorities through Campaign Emory, including the MARBL endowment, acquisitions and digital innovations.
