From surfing the web, to checking out Emory on iTunes, to consulting specialty databases, Emory provides immediate access to the full range of online resources from virtually anywhere on campus:

  • Emory Unplugged, a unified and secure Wi-Fi network whose coverage zones largely blanket campus
  • Three in four college classrooms wired with the highest level of technology
  • Computer labs around campus, including several residence halls
  • Individual rooms include cable TV and high-speed computer data connections to the university network and the Internet

Classes use online systems for course material, presentations, testing and student-teacher interaction. Students also go online to enroll in classes, view grades and check financial information.

Employees have secure access to a sophisticated human resources system to manage personal information, compensation and benefits.

The Emory Web Office maintains the main university website. Individual departments manage their own sites.
