Reunion classes and all alumni and friends of the school are invited to attend a night of celebration and reminiscing. A reception of drinks, appetizers, and music honoring the 2014 alumni award recipients will begin at 6:00 p.m. Then we’ll kick off the evening with a special musical performance and a seated dinner with classmates, colleagues, faculty, and students to share stories of the school from decades ago and today. Enjoy breakfast while hearing from School of Nursing’s Hope Bussenius, Ken Hepburn, and Melissa Pinto who will share about the ways the School is using technology to advance patient care, including an app to detect hypertension, online programs to educate family caregivers, avatars to help mental health patients, and others. The School of Nursing just expanded the simulation lab with a quarter of a million dollars of new equipment. Be one of the first to check out the advancements in simulation and participate in a hands-on simulation experience. An optional building tour led by Student Ambassadors will follow the simulation.
