Updated USCIS Fees in Effect
Important note for international students, scholars and Emory administrators.
Please note that updated USCIS fees will come into effect on November 23rd, 2010. Due to processing time required by ISSS before submission of immigration paperwork ISSS will require that all checks reflect the updated USCIS fee schedule.
These changes in filing fees will affect international students and scholars filing for OPT, H-1B/O-1/TN, permanent residency, and all dependent-related filings requiring form I-539. For a detailed list of fees affected please refer to our news article issued on 10/5/10.
