Check Requests
When requesting checks for H-1B petitions payable to Department of Homeland Security through the Emory Express system, please select USCIS/California Service Center in the “remit to” field.
Application Packets

For efficiency purposes, do not send stapled documents to ISSS. Please use paperclips to separate documents.

Do not send materials that have been copied on two-sides. We cannot send double-sided copies to USCIS.

If you have a complete packet of materials, minus the LCA, please go ahead and forward the packet to ISSS. We will add the LCA when it is certified to your packet, prior to filing.

Make sure to fully complete the DRF form on PeopleSoft prior to submission and be very careful about entering dates and the spelling of names.
