33rd Annual Welcome Reception for International Students
The International Student Welcome Reception is an annual event organized by the Atlanta Ministry with International Students (AMIS) to welcome and honor all international students and scholars studying in Atlanta metropolitan area colleges and universities. Come and meet old and new friends, enjoy a great concert with the internationally acclaimed Atlanta Symphony Youth Orchestra (Jere Flint, Director) and eat international food—a winning combination, not to be missed!
The event will be held on Saturday, October 22, 2011. The concert begins at 3 p.m. in Symphony Hall, Woodruff Arts Center, 1280 Peachtree Street (Corner of Peachtree and 15th Street, next to MARTA Arts Center Station). The reception will follow at 4 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, Fifield Hall, 1328 Peachtree Street (Corner of Peachtree and 16th Street).
