Apply for interest-free education loans

The Rowe Fund Loan Program of the Organization of American States (OAS) provides interest-free loans to international students from Latin America and the Caribbean. Applications for $15,000 in research or education funding at an accredited U.S. university are reviewed on a year-round basis.
