Students Arriving Prior to Orientation
As indicated in the ISSS information on Planning Your Arrival, F-1 and J-1 students may enter the United States up to 30 days prior to the start date listed on Form I-20 or DS-2019. If you choose to enter the United States well in advance of your I-20 or DS-2019 Form start date and need logistical information or have questions prior to the date of your scheduled International Student Orientation, please sign up online for our early arrival information session, which will take place July 29, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. This session does not take the place of the international student orientation; rather, it allows students who arrive early an opportunity to obtain basic logistical information and ask questions.
