First-Year International Students
Emory College of Arts & Sciences offers a mandatory international student orientation for first-year international students. This orientation will take place in White Hall Room 208 on Thursday, August 23, 2012 from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Friday, August 24, 2012 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. All students must bring the I-20 or DS-2019 Form, passport and I-94 card with them for the first session on Thursday, August 23.
Transfer Students
This includes any international transfer students from another U.S. college or university.
The orientation session for transfer students will take place in White Hall Room 208 on Tuesday, August 28 from 9 a.m. to noon. Please make sure to bring your passport, I-20 or DS-2019, and I-94 card with you.
Oxford Continuees
This session is for international students transitioning from Emory's Oxford College campus.
The orientation session for Oxford continuees will take place in White Hall Room 208 on Tuesday, August 28 from 9 a.m. to noon. Please make sure to bring your passport, I-20 or DS-2019, and I-94 card with you.
Residence Life Early Arrival Policy for International Students
All incoming international students will receive authorization notification from the Office of Residence Life and Housing for early arrival. More information will become available during the summer.
