SPOTLIGHT ON COMMUNITY PARTNERS:

V4P-Logo

Voice for Prevention (V4P) strives to build a unified statewide voice for substance abuse prevention by collaborating with a diverse group of prevention specialists, service providers, community coalition members and individuals with an interest in and a commitment to substance abuse prevention. Collectively we work together to extend advocacy beyond policy change to include and promote diverse education and collaborative efforts surrounding substance abuse and related issues. To support our partners we create an environment to:

  • Facilitate the sharing of resources
  • Gain insight from national speakers
  • Receive technical assistance pertaining to implementing proven strategies that are effective in reducing substance abuse on a local level

There is no time like the present to find out who we are and what we do! Join us for Substance Abuse Prevention Day at the Capitol!
