Now Franklin has established a blog for community members to post comments. "I recognize that as we join this issue, one great challenge will be how does building a culture of healthy relationships get traction. Unfortunately, unless there is controversy or crisis, most people are content to ignore these issues," writes Franklin in a recent entry.
