Mission Statement

The Office of Risk & Insurance Services supports the Emory
enterprise for matters relating to:
- Insurance (excluding health benefits & worker's compensation)
- Clinical and non-clinical risk management intervention
- Claims management
Incident Reporting System
The
purpose of this system is to replace the current paper reporting process
for incidents and occurrences. Instead of calling or submitting
a paper form to the Risk
Management or Patient Relations department.
You will now use this internet
based system. We hope
to increase reporting and improve our trending abilities by identifying
issues. This system is dynamically designed, meaning you will only be
asked for information that
pertains to the type of incident or
concern that is being reported.
