Maintenance By following the instructions on the site, interns can submit maintenance, custodial, telephone, laundry, and pest control work orders. Note below the normal timeline for maintenance repairs, based upon the urgency of the request: A Routine Work Order (blinds, towel racks, carpet, etc.) should be addressed within three (3) business days. An Urgent Work Order (light bulbs/fixtures, minor leak that drips from a faucet, clogged toilet or shower if in a two-bedroom apartment, etc.) should be addressed within 24 hours. An Emergency Work Order (anything to do with heating and air conditioning, cold/hot water, massive leak, locks are broken, etc.) should be addressed as soon as possible and within 24 hours. If it is after office hours and you need to place an Emergency Work Order contact the Clairmont After-Hours Pager (404.742.8814) and the staff member will put in the request. |
