Completed in 2002, Clairmont Campus was designed to provide students with apartment-style living. In the Undergraduate Residential Center (URC), every apartment houses four students and has a living area, full kitchen, and two full bathrooms. Clairmont Residential Center (CRC) apartments vary in size, but include private bedrooms and private bathrooms, plus a living area and full kitchen.

All apartments have central heat and air-conditioning and are equipped with washer and dryer units, mini-blinds, and carpeting. All utilities are included in the nightly rental price.
