All rates include parking, utilities, and amenities. The rates for the 2013 season are as follows:

Our office offers two payment options. Residents can choose to pay in one lump sum when they arrive or pay in two installments. If choosing to pay in two installments, the balance for May and June is due upon arrival, and the rent for July and August is due on July 1st.
Note: If a resident moves in during July, the entire summer’s rent (July and August) is due upon arrival.
The $250 application deposit will be automatically credited toward your first month’s rent.
Payments can be made using check, money order or credit card (Visa or Master Card).
Note: Credit card charges are no longer subject to a 2.1% transaction fee.
