Ensuring Student Quality and Enhancing
the Student Experience
The second theme, Enhancing Highest Student Quality and Enhancing the Student Experience, is about students. Creating and investing in a signature education for undergraduate students is a vital component of the strategic plan, and Emory will produce socially conscious leaders with a portfolio of skills that are proven and value tested in community involvement. Students will be challenged to engage the public, address societal issues, and develop the skills and attributes of critical thinkers and citizens. To support the student experience, curriculum and pedagogy will be examined University-wide, and strategies for recruitment and increasing financial aid resources available will be addressed.
