Inclement Weather Schedule

We recommend that you return to this site frequently for event updates as details are subject to change.

All candidate recognitions ceremonies for these days are indoors and will proceed as scheduled.

The Monday all-schools Quadrangle ceremony takes place as scheduled under light-rain ("umbrella-friendly") conditions.  Guests are encouraged to be aware of the potential for rain, dress accordingly (including appropriate footwear for walking on wet grass), and bring a small umbrella and/or poncho.

Important note

If the weather forecast calls for rain on Sunday night or Monday morning, we strongly encourage you to check the website or the weather hotline at 404-727-1234 after 7:00 p.m. on Sunday evening so that you will know when/where to arrive on Monday morning. Be aware that some events start earlier under the inclement weather schedule than the regular schedule to accommodate the higher demand on indoor venues. Other events may be delayed which could impact Monday evening travel plans.

If inclement weather is expected, the University may activate the inclement weather schedule below. Once the schedule is activated it will remain in effect even if weather conditions improve.  In the event that conditions deteriorate, additional contingency plans may be announced.
