Emory’s Poetry Council sponsored its third Poetry Matters gathering April 17 from noon– 2 p.m. in Beckham Grove, the new fountain area between Candler Library and Emory Hospital. The event invites anyone from the University community (like English’s Ron Schuchard, pictured) to step up to the microphone and recite a favorite or original poem, to the spiritual good of all in attendance.
