Constitution

On March 20, 1996, more than 50 overseas Chinese attendees of the 37th Experimental Nuclear Resonance Conference (ENC) held a meeting in Asolomar, California and agreed to found Oversea Chinese Magnetic Resonance Association, hereinafter referred to as OCMRA.
