AIDS Day program highlights history: Rollins School of Public Health Dean James Curran watches his past dramatized Nov. 29 during “Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow,” a panel discussion to commemorate World AIDS Day. The panel discussed scenes from the film And the Band Played On, which documented the early days of AIDS in the 1980s. Piedmont Project looks to 'green' curriculum: Peggy Barlett, Arri Eisen and Sally Pete (l to r) are leading the Piedmont Project, which encourages faculty to incorporate environmental issues into new or existing courses.
