Eagles take 5th in Directors Cup. Three cheers for Emory athletics! The results are in, and Emory placed fifth among 413 Division III schools in the annual Sears Directors Cup, awarded to the best overall athletics program. It is the fourth time in seven years the University has finished in the Top 10. Emorys ranking was helped by Top 10 finishes by several athletics teams, including mens and womens tennis (both second), mens swimming and diving (third), womens swimming and diving (third), softball (third), and womens track and field (ninth). |
