Scholarships

There are a number of scholarships available for LGBT students across the country. Here is a list of Emory, local and national scholarships and awards. Please note that some of the scholarships and awards are for students attending specific institutions.

GALA Leadership Award
Emory University's LGBT Alumni Group, GALA (Gay and Lesbian Alumni), and the Division of Campus Life began awarding the GALA Leadership Award beginning in 2009. This award is given to an undergraduate student who has demonstrated leadership to positively impact the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and queer communities at Emory University. The scholarship is awarded at the annual Pride Awards held on or around March 2nd each year. The 2012-13 scholarship is now available.
