Sign-Up Policy

Time Slot Definition:
Day-Time Usage: 8:00AM - 8:00PM (M-F)
Off-Time Usage:  8:00PM - 8:00AM(M-F)
                                 
8:00AM - 8:00PM(S-S)

8:00 am - 9:00 am(M-F)          10 min per slot; Max. 1 hour/per person
9:00 am - 5:00 pm(M-F)          10 min per slot; Max. 20 min/per person
                                                    Max. two hour per group
5:00 pm - 8:00 pm(M-F)          10 min per slot; Max. 1 hour/per person
                                                     Max. two hour per group
8:00 pm - 8:00 am(all week)  No limit
8:00 am - 8:00 pm(S-S)           Max. 4 hour per person
   
Sign-up time: 1:00 PM (M-T)  for the next day.    1:00 PM (Friday) for Sat. & Sun. & Mon.
   

 New users in training, user ID with –t, are allowed to sign-up for 30 min max in day-time.

Special experiments require more time, please contact Dr. Wang or Dr. Wu for permission.

Following IDs are allowed to sign-up for 30 min. Max in day-time (From Medical School and FOB):

Cancellation of Sign-Up:
1.  More than 1 hours contiguous use:  You MUST cancel your sign-up at
      least 3 hours in advance OR PAY FOR IT.
2.  1 hours or less contiguous use:  You MUST cancel your sign-up at least 
      1 hours in advance OR PAY FOR IT.

Grace Time:

1.        More than 1 hours contiguous use:  If you have not shown up after 10 minutes according to the lock on the computer, you are a "No Show".  YOU PAY FOR IT, and your time becomes Walk-On Time.

2.        1 hours or less contiguous use:  If you have not shown up after 5 minutes according to the clock on the computer, you are a "No Show". 

 YOU PAY FOR IT, and your time becomes Walk-On Time.

You must finish your experiment within your time slot. If you need more time, you should ask the next person's permission, otherwise, you have to stop the experiment and logout the computer.
