Vendors

If utilizing the kitchen and/or the plating kitchen, the Client must use a caterer from Convocation Hall's approved caterer list. For food drop-offs, the Client may use vendor of choice from the established list of Emory America To Go food service providers.

Convocation Hall staff do not set up, install, monitor, or troubleshoot A/V presentations. We recommend scheduling A/V assistance for technical or advanced A/V presentations such as use of Zoom technology, teleconferencing, on/off site audio or video feeds, etc. Audio/Visual Services must be provided by a Convocation Hall preferred A/V vendor. Charges may apply for A/V support.
