Candler Lounge 203

The Candler Lounge is an informal gathering space with soft seating for 12 people and marble fireplace. Once the office of Bishop Warren Akin Candler, the 10th President of Emory (1888-1898) during his time as the University's first Chancellor (1915-1920) and later as the Theology dean's office.

Conference Room 204

This conference room, with access to the Candler Lounge, features stunning views of the Quadrangle. The fixed hollow square seating arrangement accommodates 32 people for meetings and presentations.

Reading Room 208

Formerly the Reading Room for the Pitts Theology Library, this tiered presentation room with dramatic windows and two large video screens has fixed tables in a semi-circle with seating for up to 84 people.

Originally the University Chapel and later a multi-level theology library, this restored space with distinctive pink marble walls and soaring wood beam ceiling accommodates 110 guests for theater-style for presentations and meal functions.
